As your body is Kapha Dominant Bitter and Spicy, Hot(Chilli) foods are more suitable for you.

The Diet Plans for you is as follows:

Week 1
  • Day 1:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomegranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5grams of amla powder + 5grams ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + cucumber sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + cucumber sabji.
    • Evening: Drink coffee (Don't add milk and sugar) (you can mix honey when tea/coffee cools down to normal temperature).
    • Dinner: Eat barley with your preferred sabji.
  • Day 2:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat vegetable salad that contains cucumber, cabbage, spinach, daikon radish, and Fenugreek leaves.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + beetroot sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + beetroot sabji.
    • Evening: Drink the concoction of Giloy(Tinospora cordifolia) 100ml.
    • Dinner: Eat barley with your preferred sabji.
    • After Dinner: Eat 10ml ghee and after that drink 50 ml warm water.
  • Day 3:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomegranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5grams of amla powder + 5grams ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Finger Millet(Ragi) flour + carrot sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Finger Millet(Ragi) flour + carrot sabji.
    • Evening: Drink the concoction of Giloy(Tinospora cordifolia) 100ml.
    • Dinner: Eat barley with your preferred sabji.
  • Day 4:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat vegetable salad that contains cucumber, cabbage, spinach, daikon radish, and Fenugreek leaves.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Wheat(गेहूँ) flour + Ridge guard bhaji or Bottle Guard sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Wheat(गेहूँ) flour + Ridge guard bhaji or Bottle Guard sabji.
    • Evening: Drink the concoction of Giloy(Tinospora cordifolia) 100ml.
    • Dinner: Eat barley with your preferred sabji.
  • Day 5:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat vegetable salad that contains cucumber, cabbage, spinach, daikon radish, and Fenugreek leaves.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Foxtail Millet (कंगनी) flour + cauliflower or carrot sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Foxtail Millet (कंगनी) flour + cauliflower or carrot sabji.
    • Evening: Drink tea (Don't add milk and sugar) (you can mix honey when tea/coffee cools down to normal temperature).
    • Dinner: Eat Moong Dal (Green Gram) Kichadi.
  • Day 6:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomegranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5grams of amla powder + 5grams ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat Rice + Palak or fenugreek leaves or Drumstick Sambar.
    • Lunch: Eat Rice + Palak or fenugreek leaves or Drumstick Sambar.
    • Evening: Eat boiled oats with your preferred sabji.
    • Dinner: Eat Moong Dal (Green Gram) Kichadi.
    • After Dinner: Eat 10ml ghee and after that drink 50 ml warm water.
  • Day 7:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat vegetable salad that contains cucumber, cabbage, spinach, daikon radish, and Fenugreek leaves.

    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Foxtail Millet (कंगनी) flour + pumpkin or ash guard or ridge guard sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Foxtail Millet (कंगनी) flour + pumpkin or ash guard or ridge guard sabji.
    • Evening: Drink the concoction of Giloy(Tinospora cordifolia) 100ml.
    • Dinner: Eat Moong Dal (Green Gram) Kichadi.
Remember: You must add Curry leaves, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, coriander seeds, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, fenugreek seeds, chilli, tomato, and masala powder while preparing the sabji.
