Week 1
  • Day 1:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomogranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5grams of amla powder + 5grams ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + bitterguard bhaji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + bitterguard bhaji.
    • Evening: Drink the concotion of Giloy(Tinospora cordifolia) 100ml.
    • Dinner: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + bitterguard bhaji.
  • Day 2:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomogranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5grams of amla powder + 5grams ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + beetroot bhaji.

Remamber: You must add Curry leaves, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, chilli, tomato, and masala powder while preparing the bhaji.
