The Diet Plans for you is as follows:

Week 1
  • Day 1:
    • Morning: Drink warm water (The water must be boiled for at least 10 minutes and leave it to cool down a little and then drink it). If arjun (Terminalia arjuna) bark is available then drink concoction of it.
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomegranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5grams of amla powder + 5grams ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + bitterguard sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat Rice + Palak (Spinach) or fenugreek leaves or Drumstick Sambar.
    • Evening: Drink the concoction of Giloy(Tinospora cordifolia) 100ml.
    • Dinner: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + bitterguard sabji.
    • After Dinner: Drink warm water (The water must be boiled for at least 10 minutes and leave it to cool down a little and then drink it).
  • Day 2:

And Repeat the Same

Remember: You must add Curry leaves, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, chilli, tomato, and masala powder while preparing the sabji.
