The Diet Plans for you is as follows:

Week 1
  • Day 1:
    • Morning: Drink warm water (The water must be boiled for at least 10 minutes and leave it to cool down a little and then drink it). If arjun (Terminalia arjuna) bark is available then drink concoction of it.
    • Before Breakfast: Eat vegetable salad that contains (daikon radish, cucumber, carrot, spinach, and vegetables of your choice) sprinkle black pepper on top of the salad.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + bitterguard sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + bitterguard sabji, and eat little rice + Palak or Dill (Anethum graveolens) leaves or fenugreek leaves or Drumstick Sambar.
    • Evening: Eat the mixture of (1 gram honey + 4 gram amla powder + 100 miligram turmeric).
    • Dinner: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + bitterguard sabji.
  • Day 2:

  • Day 3:

    • Dinner: Moong dal (Green Gram) kichadi.
  • Day 7:

    • Dinner: Moong dal (Green Gram) kichadi.
Remember: You must add Curry leaves, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, chilli, tomato, and masala powder while preparing the sabji.
