The Diet Plans for you is as follows:

Week 1
  • Day 1:
    • Morning: Drink warm jira water (boil water for 10 minutes with half teaspoon of jira).
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomegranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5grams of amla powder + 5grams ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + Dill (Anethum graveolens) leaves sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + Dill (Anethum graveolens) leaves sabji.
    • Evening: Drink tea (Don't add milk or sugar) (you can mix honey when tea/coffee cools down to normal temperature).
    • Dinner: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + Dill (Anethum graveolens) leaves sabji.
    • Before Sleep: Add two drops of shilajeit in 100ml water and drink it. (Don't use warm water)
  • Day 2:

    • Dinner: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + beetroot sabji.

Remember: You must add Curry leaves, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, coriander seeds, black sesame oil fenugreek seeds, fenugreek leaves, chilli, tomato, and masala powder while preparing the sabji.
