The Diet Plans for you is as follows:

Week 1
  • Day 1:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomegranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5gram of amla powder + 5gram ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + bitterguard sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + bitterguard sabji, and eat little rice + Palak or Dill (Anethum graveolens) leaves or fenugreek leaves or Drumstick Sambar.
    • Evening: Eat the mixture of (1 gram honey + 4 gram amla powder + 100 miligram turmeric).
    • Dinner: Eat roti made up of Pearl Millet(बाजरा) flour + bitterguard sabji.
  • Day 2:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat vegetable salad that contains (daikon radish, Fenugreek leaves, Dill (Anethum graveolens), and vegetables of your choice) sprinkle black pepper on top of the salad.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + beetroot sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + beetroot sabji.
    • Evening: Eat the mixture of (1 gram honey + 4 gram amla powder + 100 miligram turmeric).
    • Dinner: Eat roti made up of Sorghum(ज्वार) flour + beetroot sabji.
  • Day 3:
    • Before Breakfast: Eat Pineapple or Pomegranate or Indian Gooseberry or Orange or Eat 5gram of amla powder + 5gram ghee.
    • Breakfast: Eat roti made up of Finger Millet(Ragi) flour + carrot sabji.
    • Lunch: Eat roti made up of Finger Millet(Ragi) flour + carrot sabji, and eat little rice + Palak or Dill (Anethum graveolens) leaves or fenugreek leaves or Drumstick Sambar.
    • Evening: Eat the mixture of (1 gram honey + 4 gram amla powder + 100 miligram turmeric).
    • Dinner: Eat roti made up of Finger Millet(Ragi) flour + carrot sabji.
  • Day 4:

  • Day 5:

    • Evening: Eat the mixture of (1 gram honey + 4 gram amla powder + 100 miligram turmeric).

Remember: You must add Curry leaves, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, chilli, tomato, and masala powder while preparing the sabji.
