Hatha yoga the name itself indicates that it the forceful way of taking control over the mind.
Hatha yoga have many side effects, if practiced without the presence of an authentic teacher.
Hatha yoga is taking control over the mind through retention of breath (Trataka).
Hathayoga is all about retention of breath to stabilize our mind.
It is better to practice Hathayoga by taking guidance from an authentic teacher with his presence, as breath retention if not done correctly you will face savior brain and heart diseases.
The hathayogis practice three important bhandas that are Moola Bhanda, Udyana Bandha, and Jalandahara Bhanda.
