INTRODUCTION TO RAJAYOGA

Raja yoga the name itself indicates it is the royal path to control over the mind. Rajayoga is also called as Shivayoga.
Raja yoga do not have any side effects.
Raja yoga is taking control over the mind through gazing.
Rajayoga is all about gazing at a particular point until the vision gets stable as the vision gets stable our mind will become stable.
It is better to practice Rajayoga during night in a dim light, because the dim light will not harm retina and it is not painful to the eyes due to cool weather in the night.
It is better to gaze a oval or round shaped black object (size must not exceed 2 centimeters). The Indian yogis prefer the Ishtalinga for gazing.
